We are looking for young people up to the age of 16 who have made a difference by helping others to get online. You can apply yourself or if you know someone else (up to the age of 16) who has helped others to get online, you can nominate them. We are looking to have BT Internet Ranger award winners in each of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Each winner will receive a laptop plus £100 worth of IT vouchers, together with a certificate. An overall UK winner (best of the national winners) will receive an additional £200 worth of IT vouchers. Up to four runners up will also be chosen who will each win a laptop.
The closing date for applications is Monday 1st November 2010 and winners will be notified of their award by Monday 22nd November 2010.
